This page will guide you through the steps needed to complete your required Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance training.
Follow the 3 required steps below to complete your training:

Required Step 3
Take the Required EVV Compliance Quiz
- After training, complete the quiz to show what you’ve learned.
- You must complete the quiz within 30 days of receiving the email.
- You must score 80% or higher to pass.
- If your score is below 80%, you may retake the quiz.
- Remember: The quiz is a required and essential step.
Remember!
You must complete the three required steps above. After reviewing the EVV Training one-sheet and completing EVV Training, you must finalize your training by taking the quiz.
