What You Need to Enroll As an Employer
Your waiver: You’ll need to know which waiver you’re on. Not sure? Contact your Case Manager.
Your EIN (Employer Identification Number): If you have your EIN, keep it handy for enrollment. Don’t have an EIN? No problem!
For Employees
What You Need to Enroll As an Employee
The Participant’s waiver: Not sure which waiver your Participant is on? Contact your Participant.
The Employer’s email address: Not sure? Contact your Employer.
A copy of your ID(s) for the I-9: Your Employer will need to review your ID(s) for the I-9. Reminder: ACES$ is not the Employer.
Are you serving a Participant who is on one of the Developmental Disability Waivers and you’ll be providing transportation?
If yes, then you’ll also need a copy of your current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Are you using a translator for the I-9 or being rehired?
Contact ACES$ Wyoming for an additional form you’ll need to fill out.
