As an ACES$ InnovAge Participant, you can:
- Manage your service hours — You decide how you want to use your authorized service hours.
- Choose your own Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) — From recruiting and hiring to training, you manage your Personal Care Attendants.
- View your budget and submit timesheets online — With ACES$ Online, our secure, user-friendly FMS portal, you can access real-time budget info. You can also submit and monitor timesheets.

With ACES$ InnovAge, we make the enrollment process easy. We offer personalized secure enrollment and streamlined forms for both you and your Personal Care Attendants.
Timesheet submission choices
Your Personal Care Attendants can choose the best timesheet submission method for them. They can pick quick, online submissions through ACES$ Online, email, mail and fax.
View up-to-the-moment budget info and timesheets
Just log onto ACES$ Online to see your real-time budget and timesheet info. You’ll also get monthly budget reports for your convenience.
Choice of payment
Your Personal Care Attendants can choose the best payment method for them. ACES$ InnovAge offers direct deposit and pay cards – the quickest way to get paid – or paper pay check.
Off-cycle payroll
If there were an error on a timesheet, you don’t have to worry about it delaying your Personal Care Attendant’s pay until the regularly scheduled Friday pay date. Simply submit a corrected one, and we’ll process it that coming Friday, even if it’s not a scheduled pay day. Your Personal Care Attendants won’t have to wait an extra week to get paid.
Instant notifications
With instant notifications, ACES$ Online automatically rejects timesheets with identified errors, preventing any future issues.
Convenient hours
Available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, we also have a 24-hour voicemail line and return calls quickly.
Live phone support
Unlike other FMS providers, you talk to a knowledgeable team member when you call ACES$ InnovAge. You won’t be waiting on hold or forced through a series of prompts.
Language support
We offer our services in both English and Spanish. Our language line offers additional translations. For Spanish, call ACES$ at 1-833-400-2263 and press “9.“ Otherwise, call and request the language in which you would like to speak. An ACES$ team member will get an interpreter on the line.
