Assistive Technology

Whatever assistive technology you need to live independently, we can help you get it. Your dedicated Independent Living Specialist will work with you to determine the best assistive technology for your unique needs.

Assistive technology includes:

• Mobility — wheelchairs, transfer devices, prosthesis and walkers
• Visual — screen readers, navigation assistance, braille embossers, screen magnification software
• Hearing — hearing aids, assistive listening devices and amplified phone equipment
• Cognitive — educational software and memory aids

Get Around Our Community Easily

Transportation Arrangements

If you are unable to drive, MyCIL can arrange the transportation you need to stay active in your community. With convenient door-to-door pickup and drop-off, you get to where you need to go, easily. Your Independent Living Specialist will connect you to transportation services in your area.
