Team members encourage others to share their opinions and perspectives.

With the goal of developing the best approach or creating an innovative way to tackle a challenge, we encourage team members to share their opinions and ideas, backed by their unique perspectives. This active solicitation of engagement is core to our inclusive environment and overall success.

We’re committed to providing our employees with disabilities a supportive work environment.

From accessible work areas to flexible scheduling, we take steps to ensure our employees have what they need to be productive and successful in their roles at MyCIL.

We make sure our team is aware of our no-tolerance policy on discrimination.

Discriminatory harassment in any shape or form has no place at MyCIL. It’s evident in our work culture, and we make sure to communicate this stance to all new hires.

We’ve created a reporting system that offers multiple ways to report any discrimination.

With this reporting system, our employees have the option to report any harassment to the MyCIL representative they are most comfortable with.

MyCIL takes these claims seriously. We investigate every claim and take action quickly. We want our employees to feel comfortable and safe at MyCIL. We take great measures to ensure they do.

MyCIL is proud to comply with all federal and state laws regarding the employment of people with disabilities.

This includes The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Amendments Act (ADAAA). We strictly follow guidance the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issues.
