- Oversee service hours — Participants determine and manage how they want to use their authorized service hours.
- Manage employees — From recruiting and hiring to dismissing, Participants manage their employees.
- View budget and submit timesheets online — Participants can log onto ACES$ Online for up-to-the-minute budget info and to submit and monitor timesheets.
- Oversee goods and services — Participants determine and manage how they want to use their authorized goods and services.
How ACES$ Serves Participants
As your FMS Provider, ACES$ will take care of:
- Timesheets and Payroll — Processing timesheets and paying employees.
- Taxes — Withholding and filing federal and state employment taxes.
- Goods and Services – ACES$ processes goods and services vendor invoices and reimburses Participants for goods and services purchased through the program.
Your Participants have the freedom to hire their own personal support workers, while we take care of the administrative details.

Enrolling with an FMS provider should be easy and quick. With ACES$, it is. Participants appreciate our streamlined forms, optional in-person enrollment and secure, online submissions.
Electronic Visit Verification Made Easy
ACES$ offers an easy application for EVV compliance. We also offer numerous training, learning and support materials so Participants never have to worry about submitting time successfully. Participants don’t need to submit timesheets to get paid. We process EVV entries, verify them, and issue payroll. We’ve got Participants and their employees covered!
Live phone support
When Participants call ACES$, they talk to a real, live person. Instead of being stuck on hold or forced into an automated menu, one of our knowledgeable team members will answer their call.
See real-time budget and timesheet info
All your Participants have to do is log onto ACES$ Online to view budget and timesheets in real time.
Immediate notifications
If there are any overlapping timesheets, ACES$ Online automatically rejects them to prevent any future hassles.
Choice of payment
Employees can choose what’s best for them. ACES$ offers direct deposit, pay card or paper paycheck.
Off-cycle payroll
In the event of a timesheet error, employees won’t be forced to wait an extra week to receive their pay. They simply send us the corrected timesheet, and we’ll process it by the end of the week, even if that’s not a scheduled pay cycle.
Language support
We offer our services in both English and Spanish. Our language line offers additional translations. For Spanish, call ACES$ at 1-844-500-3815 and press “9.“ Otherwise, call and request the language in which you would like to speak. An ACES$ team member will get an interpreter on the line.
Convenient hours and 24-hour voicemail access
ACES$ has convenient hours and local offices with regular working hours. Participants can stop in between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, for in-person support. They also have access to our 24-hour voicemail. Our dedicated team returns calls quickly.
Goods and Services
As the goods and services payments provider, we’ll handle reimbursements and invoicing. We’ll reimburse Participants and issue payments to authorized vendors for Goods and Services rendered. That way, your Participants can focus on what matters most: living their most independent life.
