Your personal care attendants can select the best payment method for them. ACES$ has direct deposit and pay cards — the quickest ways to get paid — or paper paycheck.
With instant alerts, ACES$ OnlineTM automatically rejects timesheets with identified errors, preventing any future hassles.
Unlike other F/EAs, you talk to a knowledgeable team member when you call ACES$. You won’t be waiting on hold or forced through a series of prompts.
With ACES$, enrolling is easy. Both you and your personal care attendants benefit from secure online enrollment and streamlined forms.
When you log onto ACES$ OnlineTM, you get an accurate snapshot of your budget. You’ll also see any pending timesheets that need your approval.
Timesheet error? No problem! Thanks to our off-cycle payroll, you don’t have to worry about delaying your personal care attendant’s pay until the regularly scheduled pay date. Simply submit a corrected one, and we’ll process it that coming Friday, even if it’s not a scheduled payday. Your personal care attendants won’t have to wait an extra week to get paid.
Available 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, we also have a 24-hour voicemail line and return calls quickly.
